July is an amazing month for food, and if you’re wondering what to eat in July, you’re in the right place!
July is the month where the weather (may) be hotting up, and the last thing anyone wants to do is spend hours in the kitchen. Quick meals are more important than ever!
It’s also the month where, if you grow your own vegetables, the fruits of your labour are starting to appear. Hopefully, you’ll be getting something of a bounty!
July is also a month of celebration. Schools break up for summer, families come together, holidays are in full force. So if you’re looking for recipes to feed a crowd, you’ll find some of those here too.

- Cherries
- Samphire
- Blueberries
- Runner beans
- Beetroot
- Fennel
- Courgettes
- Cucumber
