February is the shortest month of the year, but it can feel like the longest! As winter drags on and the cold days linger, it can be a challenge to decide on your food menu.
I happen to love February, because it is my birthday month, but I understand the lacklustre reaction it can inspire.
Come to see February as I do – a celebration of the end of winter. By the time March arrives, the days will be longer and the temperatures warmer. Until then, why not revel in the last few days of deep, dark winter.
