May is such a beautiful month. The colours of the flowers, the lush green trees, and (every now and then) the bright blue sky. I live in the UK – that bright blue sky isn’t around as much as I would like it to be.
Still, as the weather begins to warm we start considering things like picnics, al fresco eating, barbecues. Our food becomes lighter, fresher, cooler.
If you are looking for inspiration for what to eat in May, you’re in the right place. Here, I’ve put together 4 weeks’ worth of meals, 28 in total, to keep you satiated for the whole month. Pick the ones you most like the look of or use it as a plan for the whole month and take the thought out of your food shop!
