I love gnocchi. Soft, chewy, sometimes crunchy. It’s a great vehicle for all kinds of flavours and makes for a wonderfully comforting, filling meal.
Here are seven of my favourite gnocchi recipes. All easy and quick enough to make on a weeknight and guaranteed to warm your cockles.
1. Creamy Chorizo and Pea Gnocchi
