A quick and easy smoothie, made with frozen summer fruits and requiring just 4 ingredients (including water!)

Ingredients

  • 75 grams frozen summer fruits
  • 50 grams porridge oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredients into the cup for your smoothie maker.
  • Turn it on and blend for one minute until smooth.
