Sausage, Hash Brown and Hot Honey Bagel

An easy and completely delicious brunch bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 2 hash browns, frozen
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 slices port salut
  • 1 teaspoon hot honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200?
  • Put the hash browns and sausages on a baking tray and put in the oven. Cook for approximately 20 minutes until both are golden and cooked through. When the sausages and hash browns are done, take them off the baking tray and put on a plate.
  • Cut the bagel in half. Put the cheese slices on the base. Put both halves on the baking tray and put in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is slightly melty.
  • To compile, put the hash browns on top of the base of the bagel. Put the sausages on top of them and drizzle with the honey. Put the top half of the bagel back on. Enjoy!
