100gramsgrated mozzarella
60gramssliced salami
60gramscourgetteapprox half a medium one, thinly sliced
100gramsfresh mozzarella
2teaspoonsdried oregano
Instructions
Put two large baking trays in the oven and preheat it to 250 degrees Celsius.
Roll out your pizza dough into two large circles approx 5mm thick. Place each one onto a sheet of baking parchment.
Sprinkle one pizza with 50g grated mozzarella, leaving a 1cm border clear around the edge. Repeat with the other pizza.
Put half of the salami evenly on each pizza. Do the same with the courgettes. Tear the fresh mozzarella into small pieces and put half evenly on each pizza.
Sprinkle 1 tsp oregano over each pizza.
Remove one baking tray from the oven. Slide one of the pizzas (on the baking parchment) onto the tray. Return to the oven. Do the same with the other pizza.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes, until golden around the edges and cooked through.
