Cut the sausages into slices approximately 0.5cm thick. Add to a large non stick pan and put on a medium heat. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden.
Add the rice and fry for another minute before adding the peas and finely chopped bell pepper.
Cook for two minutes, until the peas are defrosted, then use your wooden spoon to move the food aside create a gap in the pan. Crack your eggs into this gap and stir with your spoon.
Gradually move the egg around as it cooks, breaking it into small pieces, until it has all solidified.
Add the soy sauce. Cook for another minute before, then serve.
