Greek Style Flatbread Pizzas

These Greek style pizzas on a flatbread base topped with black olives, feta, tomatoes and sweet baby peppers will be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 flatbreads
  • 4 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  • 120 grams grated mozzarella
  • 80 grams pitted black olives cut in half
  • 80 grams feta crumbled
  • 4 baby plum tomatoes sliced
  • 2 sweet baby peppers sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of tomato puree onto each flatbread, going close to the edges in as even a layer as you can.
  • Sprinkle each flatbread with 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs.
  • Sprinkle 30g grated mozzarella over the top of each one.
  • Next, arrange 1/4 of the olives, tomatoes and peppers evenly over each of the flatbreads. Crumble 1/4 of the feta over each one. Top each one with 1/4 of the fresh oregano.
  • Place the flatbreads on baking trays - you will probably need two. Put in the oven for 10 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and the flatbreads are starting to turn golden. Enjoy!
