Spread 1 tbsp of tomato puree onto each flatbread, going close to the edges in as even a layer as you can.
Sprinkle each flatbread with 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs.
Sprinkle 30g grated mozzarella over the top of each one.
Next, arrange 1/4 of the olives, tomatoes and peppers evenly over each of the flatbreads. Crumble 1/4 of the feta over each one. Top each one with 1/4 of the fresh oregano.
Place the flatbreads on baking trays - you will probably need two. Put in the oven for 10 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and the flatbreads are starting to turn golden. Enjoy!
