Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Drizzle the chilli oil over the bottom of a small ovenproof dish.
Crumble the feta into a bowl. Add the chives. Crack in the eggs and whisk together until well combined.
Pour the egg mix into the ovenproof dish. Place in the middle of the oven and cook for 10 minutes until risen, fluffy and golden.
