Easy Mango Smoothie (3 Ingredients!)

A quick and easy mango smoothie, ready in 5 minutes with just 3 ingredients (plus water!)

Ingredients

  • 25 grams porridge oats
  • 100 grams frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

  • Put the yoghurt, oats and mango in the smoothie maker jug. Pour over the water.
  • Blitz with the smoothie maker for 30 seconds. Stop, stir the smoothie, then blitz again for another 30 seconds. Repeat once more.
  • Check that the smoothie is smooth - if it is still grainy, you can blitz again.
