tomato puree

dried oregano

slices of chorizo

butter or margarine
Instructions
Lay the slices of bread out in pairs on a work surface.
Spread each slice of bread with 1/2 tsp tomato puree.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp oregano over the surface of four of the slices of bread.
Top each piece of bread with oregano with 4 slices of chorizo. Top the chorizo with the mozzarella (evenly split between the four slices of bread).
Cut the olives in half and arrange ten of these halves on top of each slice of bread with mozzarella.
Close up the sandwiches by taking a piece of bread without fillings and placing it on top of a slice of bread with fillings.
When you have four sandwiches, spread the outsides of each sandwich with 1 tsp of butter or margarine.
Put a frying pan on a medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and melting in the middle.
