Instructions
Put the cherries in a microwaveable dish and cook on a high heat for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, then cook for another 30 seconds on high.
Put the waffles in the toaster for two minutes until warm and crisp (unless you’re making your own waffles, of course!)
Stir the ginger into the cherries.
To compile, put the waffles on a plate. Top with the yoghurt, then spoon the cherries over the top. Enjoy!
