Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the hash browns on a baking tray and put in the oven for 35 minutes.
After 25 minutes, put your bacon in the oven on the same baking tray. Cook for the final 10 minutes, keeping a close eye on the bacon (remove it from the oven if it gets too crisp).
Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and add the chilli oil. Mash together with a fork.
Slice the bagels in half. Place them in the oven for the final 2 minutes of the hash brown cooking time.
To serve, remove the bagels from the oven. Spread the base with the avocado and chilli oil mix, top each one with 2 slices of bacon and 2 hash browns. Finish with the remaining bagel half. Enjoy!
