Tip the flour and paprika into a large bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the butter and rub together between your fingertips, like you are making pastry, until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Crumble in the feta (make sure no bits of feta are over 1cm in size) and add the mixed herbs. Pour in the milk and mix the mixture with your hands, then start to pull it together into a dough.
Knead the dough gently for 1-2 minutes until it has come together, then tip onto a floured surface. Roll out until it is 1-1.5cm thick, then use a 2 inch pastry round to cut it into rounds.
Place the rounds onto a baking tray and put in the oven for around 15 minutes, until risen and golden.
