This easy one pot mac and cheese is creamy, comforting and ready in under 15 minutes! Made with just a handful of ingredients, it’s the perfect quick dinner for busy weeknights.
Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
Return the macaroni to the pan with approximately ½ cup of the cooking water.
Add the milk, grated cheddar, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stir gently over a low heat until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce coating the pasta.

Storage and Reheating
Mac and cheese is always best eaten fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.To reheat, add a splash of milk and warm gently on the hob or in the microwave while stirring.The milk helps loosen the sauce and bring back that creamy texture.
